Since its launch in 1998 Steve Dunk and Phil Marston have been the driving force in making Clearanswer one of the UK’s most innovative and proactive contact centres. With a wealth of experience within the industry and working with numerous FTSE 100 companies, they bring a fresh collaborative approach to how companies can communicate with their existing customers or in the search for new ones. “It’s not just about being on the end of a phone; it’s about anticipating how best a customer wants to interact with you and adapting any strategy accordingly” says Steve. “We believe in offering a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do and we do that by empowering our staff to go that extra mile to ensure the best outcome for the customer and the client”.
