As a FSA regulated firm we understand the importance of quality and working within a regulatory framework. Our ethos is to always treat customers fairly.
People are aware that providing quality service is not easy and requires commitment from the very top downwards. We take our clients very seriously and work with them to their exacting standards will full audit trail capabilities, making sure that we give the best possible service to them.
All our calls and on-screen activity are recorded for training, compliance, client request and dispute resolution.
As part of our commitment to quality assurance Clearanswer has been awarded with both ISO9001:2008 (quality management systems) and ISO270001:2005 (information security management). Clearanswer has always been proud of the service we offer our clients and the way we conduct our business including the importance we give to both quality assurance and information security matters. This has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging standards on a daily basis in a wide variety of trades and industries. Stephen Carter, who undertook the assessments for QMS Quality Management Systems, paid particular tribute to “the investment in people and training that enables Clearanswer to provide an efficient and Information Security aware service to their clients”.
