Clearanswer looks for confident individuals who can be effective at using their communication and problem solving skills to fulfil a variety of roles, and we aim to employ people who can meet the service levels and quality that our clients expect from us.

All candidates will undertake a telephone interview to assess if their telephone and communication skills match the criteria required by our business. If you are successful, the next stage would be call centre assessments which can include listening skills, spelling, comprehension and speed & accuracy of data entry; and this would then be followed by a face-to-face interview.

Finally, all successful candidates are invited for a second interview, which will include the opportunity for them to sit with an experienced advisor to listen to calls, as well as giving them a feel for the working environment and the work expected of them.

Although this may seem a ‘lengthy’ process, it allows both sides every opportunity to decide if a call centre career would be the right choice.
 

Inbound/Outbound sales agent

JOB TYPE: Permanent position in central Hull

THE ROLE: We are looking to recruit sales agents to work on a number of our telesales campaigns. You will be able to confidently build relationships with customers over the phone, tailor packages and products to the customers you are speaking with whilst offering a first class service. No experience is necessary as full training is provided.

HOURS OF WORK: 40 hour contract

WHAT YOU’LL GET: During your initial training period of 12 weeks you will receive a monthly wage based on an annual salary of £14,500. This immediately rises, at the end of the 12 week training period, to an annual salary of £16,000pa plus commission. The agent average commission amounts to an additional £2,500pa. After the 12 week training period the company also offers a health care scheme (employee and their children) and a company pension
