Customer Service Advisor (Leeds)


An Exciting opportunity has opened up at Clearanswer. We’re recruiting for a new administrative support team for an established consumer supplier in our Pudsey based call centre.

Your day-to-day role will include

Talking comfortably to our customers on our internal phone systems
Use the knowledge and training provided to confidently pro-actively resolve m customer issues by focusing on first call resolution
Updating customer accounts with all relevant information
Performing admin tasks such as taking payments, raising off queries and generating reports when needed
Skills we’re looking for

Positive can-do attitude
No previous call centre experience is needed as full training is provided
Phone handling or Customer interaction experience is beneficial
Good listening, empathy and questioning skills
