Here at Clearanswer, we’re recruiting call centre advisors working for a trusted and established brand to start immediately in our award-winning call centre in the heart of Hull.
Your day-to-day role will include
Taking inbound calls on our internal phone system
Providing excellent customer service to our customers by engaging in genuine and enjoyable conversations
Supporting our customers and tailoring your calls to finding a first call resolution
Being comfortable handling any complaints or more in-depth queries

Proactive and positive mindset
Hardworking and committed to delivering the very best
No previous call centre experience is needed as full training is provided
Phone handling or customer interaction experience is beneficial
