On one of our B2B campaigns we have around 50 heads working for a telecoms provider however within this team of 50 we are running an average of 10 different campaigns and functions for this client.
The type of work ranges from customer service, new acquisition sales and retention, all of which we have expertise in and the systems to support. Due to our bespoke reporting we can also split out all the reports to ensure each campaign has its own set of targets to drive the correct results.
For this client we not only operate multiple lines of inbound and outbound activity, we also provide webchat and other back office support aspects. Working along-side the client to continually develop and analyse the results and make continual improvements for their customers.
