Small Campaign

We have a team of circa 10 people, providing a customer service and sales team for a large B2B online retailer.

One role of the team is to answer inbound calls generated by customers visiting this client’s website, the call types range from customer service, sales support and sales.  All calls must be answered within the targets provided by the client and call quality set out initially adhered to.

Another part of the team’s job is to outbound call customers who have previously ordered with this client and encourage more regular spending and orders through the website. We gain knowledge of the type and size of the business so we can tailor different products and offers to them.

All work is carried out whilst maintaining good quality calls, the latest training on products available and over achieving the targets set out by the client.
